I recently heard Astronomer‘s remix of ‘Not Made For Love’ off Metronomy‘s new EP Not Made for Love, and I just had to do some searching and find his other works to my dismay I could only find a Myspace with a few Songs on his player, so I ended up emailing him for a copy of the songs on his myspace, he emailed me back his remix of The XX ‘Basic Space’ and Micachu ‘Lips’.

I’m also going to have to say this is one of my top 3, right next to the Classixx trip and Holy Ghost rip, filled with low-fi, bits of scratch, party jam thuds and riffed melodies.
