Throbbing bass, powerful vocals and frenetic pace are a few things that come to mind when summerising the Icelandic four piece ravers and my newest group crush Steed Lord. Having had a couple releases under their belts as independents for the last 3 years and a recent collab with italian big boys Crookers on ‘Transylvania’ it seems Steed Lord are intent on creating some serious world vibes.
The guys + gal were happy to open the New Crack City den and answer a few questions.
Ubbs: Introduce yourselves, names, age, hometown
Kali: singer and songwriter, 150 years old, New Crack City.
AC: singer, dj and illustrator, 28 years old, New Crack City.
DEMO aka Kiddie Burbs aka Eddie House: producer and keyboardist, 20 years old, New Crack City.
M.E.G.A: producer, dj, graphic designer, videographer and maestro, 31 winters old, New Crack City.

Kali: Love, food, my new home in L.A., kittens, my family and my boyfriend M.E.G.A.
AC: I like aisle seats but I hate flying.. I guess that answers the next question for me!
DEMO: The L.A. heat, good music, family & friends, girls, girls, girls, Steed Lord and lots of red velvet cake.
M.E.G.A: the perfect latte, the newest gadgets, our new crib in Silver Lake, the new Steed Lord joints we are working on…my girl, my boyz… and my furry little monsters!
