Sheffield isn’t a place that pops up in my vocab too often and hadn’t until I spec’d a little about Run Hide Survive. A duo made up of Mike and Luke and claim they make ‘visceral party jams’ and run/own (more so Mike) Club Pony, which looks to be a place perfect for the a-for-mentioned visceral party jams haha
Their tracks have such a delicious flavour of reverberating bass and super clean vocals that would make it easy to identify you are indeed getting down to a Run Hide Survive jam.
The newest mix they welcomed to the family is of ‘L’Homme’ by Boy Crisis and throws you into a Skins like episode of trampling people while you buzz, move and chew your way through a throbbing crowd on an uncertain journey through nothingness.
