DEER TRACKS AND EDU K
Categories: Music

I hate it when I listen to a song and it’s so enchanting and so lovely only to be forgotten months later, if only I had a playlist in my mind that replayed my once favorite songs.
Despotz Records sent through an aptly named song titled ‘one-two-seven-six-four’ by the group The Deer Tracks.. it would seem folk at first but the first few seconds in and your met with digital piano chords, clarinets, trumpets and xylophone… a 2 piece electronic Sufjan Steven’s?
‘Aurora’ is released March 9th in the UK.
Getting onto this a bit too late but Scatterblog (another overly insane Australian blog) threw a bit of a launch recently as they started up their own label. The whole crew not only blogs but produces and dj’s creating like a ‘fantastic four’ sorta normal life/superhero dealio… now you may be wondering where this is going.
Part of the launch was having the man ‘Edu K‘ tear the place apart and I’m not going to hide it but he is a dead set legend when it comes to Industrial size bass proportians.
Few tracks to fathom (compressed so no one looses it);
Girlicious Vs. Gwen Stefani – This Stupid Shit Is Bananas, Girl! (Edu K Bootleg)
La Mode – Salami (Edu K Ham N’ Cheese RMX feat. Barbarella)
Poligono – R-735 (Edu K Max Fucktor RMX)
Head over to deckhead for a few Scatterblog tracks as well.
Bonus stuff on the interweb

- Metronomy – Radio Ladio (Radioclit French Remix) (Ft. Marina)
